Controlling your thoughts needs power , power is in your thoughts ,your thoughts have to be under constant supervision ,to keep a thought from going stray.
Bad thoughts are like free radicals they can have bad influence on your peace of mind.
If you get upset about something ,think what’s the worse thing that can happen as a consequence ? Is it taking you a step back? May be getting there on time might not be in your favor!
Just think and imagine what’s the worst thing that can happen.
Do you have to do what you are doing or you just got into the habit of filling your daily life with things to do and blindly ticking the boxes.
Just sit back and think what’s the worst thing that could happen and if it did is it that bad! Could it be an opportunity ,is rushing going to help , I am not encouraging hesitation ,but just to sit back, relax and meditate.
